A 38 to 27 vote by memebers of Brazil's Congressional Committee pushes President Dilma Rousseff's impheachement process one step forward. Rousseff supporters claim the impeachement process of a president who has committeed neither crime nor fraud, is an act against democracy. Nevertheless, a full vote in the lower house is expected within the week, where a two-thirds majority is needed before the motion advances to the Senate.
