Flora Thomson-DeVeaux is a translator and graduate student who researches Brazilian literature and culture and Brazil-Argentina cultural dialogues. She is working on a biography of Santiago Badariotti Merlo, an extraordinary Argentine butler who lived and worked across the Americas over the course of the 20th century.
