The Brown International Advanced Research Institutes (BIARI) is an early-career professional development initiative for scholars and practitioners that aims to build transnational knowledge networks. Through intensive residential institutes and alumni opportunities, BIARI brings emerging leaders from the Global South and the Santander Universities network together to address the world's major challenges.
The Choices Program is a national education program that develops curriculum resources for the secondary level and offers professional development to classroom teachers. Its mission is to equip young people with the skills, habits, and knowledge necessary to be engaged citizens who are capable of addressing international issues with thoughtful public discourse and informed decision making.
