A conversation with Trita Parsi, Founder and President, National Iranian American Council. Moderated by Stephen Kinzer, Watson Institute Visiting Fellow in International Studies.
Trita Parsi is a scholar and activist who is immersed in US-Iran relations and, in particular, the negotiations now underway aimed at limiting Iran's nuclear program. He has been in Geneva for the negotiations and interviewed many participants. In Washington, Parsi directs the National Iranian American Council, which lobbies for reconciliation between the US and Iran and for better human rights conditions inside Iran. His latest book is "A Single Roll of the Dice: Obama's Diplomacy With Iran."
