Alex Abuaita and Oona Cahill awarded 2017-18 MES Undergraduate Fellowships

Congratulations to both Alex Abuaita '18 and Oona Cahill '18 for being named 2017-18 MES Undergraduate Fellows. MES Undergraduate Fellowships are open to rising seniros writing and Honors Thesis and concentrating in Middle East Studies. The fellows will play an active role in MES life and assist with outreach efforts to current undergraduates and alumni.

A special thanks to our 2016-17 Undergraduate Fellows, Sabiya Ahamed and Kutay Onayli. Sabiya was pivotal in outreach to pre-concentrators, working closely with first- and second-year students to introduce them to Middle East Studies. Kutay collaborated in the production of the 2016-17 MES Annual Report.
