Dayton Williams is particularly interested in technological applications to policy. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Brown University, where he focused on global security and international law, particularly in the U.S. and Brazil. He was a student representative at various cyber conferences and competitions including the United States Air Force Academy Assembly, U.S. Cyber Policy: Inside the Wire and The Atlantic Council's Cyber 9/12 Student Challenge, where Brown's team advanced to the semifinals. Dayton is energized to bridge the divide between technology and government policy, especially regarding issues of security and human rights. He is originally from the Biloxi area of Mississippi.
