Research by Mark Blyth, professor of political science, was cited in an article about austerity. “We all benefit from better fiscal policy, but some very powerful folks – those who have made off with 90% of everything for the past 30 years and are already doing very nicely with private financing initiatives, speculation against government debts, the outsourcing of jobs, and the chasing down of bankrupts both large and small – benefit less."
