Harry Grieve


Areas of Interest: Capital markets, artificial intelligence.


Harry graduated with a bachelor’s degree (honors) in economics and finance from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He was three-time President of the Aberdeen University Trading and Investment Society, the student-run investment fund which invests real capital in the world’s financial markets. During his tenure, Harry grew the fund’s assets under management and geographic exposure while delivering positive fund returns. He was recognized with a King’s Award (with highest distinction) by Aberdeen’s Student Association for his leadership. Harry has obtained rigorous professional experience at leading asset managers such as Kames Capital and Aberdeen Asset Management. His work in France (funded by the EU) and China (funded by the UK), provide him with a deep understanding of the international capital markets, which are his primary policy focus. His other policy interest is artificial intelligence, stemming from his experience with mobile apps and computer programming. Harry, originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, is also an accomplished public speaker and debater.
