Corey Brettschneider among leading constitutional scholars filing an amicus brief on the Trump administration's travel ban at the U.S. Supreme Court

Constitutional Law blogs ScotusBlog and Take Care have featured an amicus curiae brief just filed at the Supreme Court, arguing that the Trump Administration's travel ban is motivated by unconstitutional anti-Muslim animus. The brief is signed by 44 leading constitutional scholars including Taubman affiliate and Professor of political science Corey Brettschneider.
