PhD, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology

Chelsea Nagy is interested in the biogeochemical and ecological consequences of land use change in Brazil.  She studies vegetation dynamics and nutrient cycling in altered riparian forests in agricultural landscapes of the Amazon and regenerating secondary forests of the Mata Atlântica.
