Lucie Smith

Sanctions Research Assistant

Lucie Smith is a senior studying International and Public Affairs on the Development track. Her areas of interest include human rights, humanitarian systems/organizations, refugee/migration studies, and climate policy. She's currently participating in a Group Independent Research Project on Protection of Civilians with the Watson Institute. She has also enjoyed studying French at Brown, and interned in Paris last Summer at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Previously, she's interned at the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, a non-profit organization dedicated to tackling the root causes of human rights abuses in Haiti.
