Join the Department of Hispanic Studies for the Chile portion of their film series, "Defiant Memory, Enduring Voices: Transitional Justice in Latin America." This event is a roundtable discussion with invited speakers Professor Michael Lazzara (University of California Davis); Mateo Diaz Choza (Brown University) and Regina Pieck (Brown University) about the Chilean films Cordillera de los sueños (2019), dir. Patricio Guzmán. Haydee y el pez volador (2019), dir. Pachi Bustos. Films will be viewed online, asynchronously.
