Patsy Lewis is a Visiting Professor of International and Public Affairs and Faculty Fellow at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs. She specializes in the political economy and development challenges of the Caribbean region. Her published work has focused on the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), in particular, the role of these regional integration arrangements in addressing the development challenges of Caribbean small states. She has also published on the challenges facing small states in the wake of social, economic and political crises and natural disasters.
