Stephen Kinzer,visiting fellow at the Watson Institute for International Studies, was featured on NPR’s “Here & Now” in a discussion about negotiations in Syria. “Russia ramped up its military effort in Syria today, targeting ISIS militants with airstrikes. The U.S. and several other countries are also fighting ISIS in Syria, conducting airstrikes against the militants.
