Optoro’s Rotational Associate Program is an excellent opportunity that positions you on an accelerated career path to become a high-performing leader in the technology and eCommerce industries. As a member of the program, you will have the opportunity to make an impact right from the start and to gain exposure to multiple facets of our business. Designed for recent graduates who are interested in business, sustainability and technology, the program has associates rotate through four departments within our core business functions across two years (six months in each rotation). After successfully completing the program, you’ll work with your manager and mentor to identify your best career path and find a role that fits your strengths and interests in a corporate function within Optoro.
During this two-year program, you will gain firsthand, diverse work experiences and the chance to make real contributions to our business, while also gaining an extensive understanding of our company, customers, services, and strategies. During each rotation, you will work alongside a new team of colleagues who will rely on the fresh perspective you bring.
We currently offer rotations across eight departments: Pricing and Analytics, Client Success, Product Management, eCommerce, Corporate Marketing & Sustainability, Financial Planning and Analytics, Executive Strategy, and Talent Management. During your tenure as a Rotational Associate, you will have the opportunity to rotate through four of the eight departments. Rotations will be determined by business need, as well as your interests and skill set.
The Rotational Program is a full-time, salaried position based out of our Washington, DC corporate headquarters.
The ideal candidate is a graduating college senior with

A bachelor’s degree in any major (liberal arts background preferred)
