Margaret Follett and Anna Murphy awarded 2018-19 Middle East Studies Undergraduate Fellowships

Congratulations to both Margaret Follett '19 and Anna Murphy '19 for being named 2018-19 MES Undergraduate Fellows. Undergraduate Fellowships are open to rising seniors writing an Honors Thesis and concentrating in Middle East studies. The fellows will play an active role in MES life and assist with outreach efforts to current undergraduates and alumni.

A special thanks to our 2017-18 Undergraduate Fellows, Alex Abuaita and Oona Cahill. Oona was pivotal in outreach to pre-concentrators, working closely with first- and second-year students to introduce them to Middle East Studies, while Alex provided essential assistance in the production of the 2017-18 MES Annual Report and in the Student Spotlight series.
