Faiz Ahmed, Joukowsky Family Distinguished Associate Professor of Modern Middle Eastern History, publishes "The British-Ottoman Cold War, 1880–1914: Imperial Struggles over Muslim Mobility and Citizenship from the Suez Canal to the Durand Line," a book chapter in the newly released The Subjects of Ottoman International Law (Lâle Can and Michael Christopher Low, eds., Indiana University Press, Oct. 2020).
