Nonna Mayer

Nonna Mayer is a research director emerita of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) at the Centre d’études européennes et de politique comparée (CEE) of Sciences Po, Paris. Her main fields of expertise are electoral sociology, right-wing extremism, political participation, and racist and anti-Semitic prejudice. She chaired the French Political Science Association from 2005 to 2006. She is the co-principal investigator of the annual barometer on racism of the National Consultative Commission for Human Rights (CNCDH). Her present research is about intercultural relations in France and Europe, especially between Muslims and Jews.
