Amrita Jhaveri '91, a specialist in 20th-century Indian art and the author of A Guide to 101 Modern and Contemporary Indian Artists (India Book House, 2005), will present a lecture on "M.F. Husain and Indian Modernism." The exhibition M.F. Husain: Early Masterpieces, on display at the Cogut Center for the Humanities now through March 26, 2010, is drawn from Jhaveri's collection.
