Graduate Student Workshop: "Health in Latin America"

The Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies will host a graduate student workshop on "Health in Latin America" from 5:00-6:30 pm in the Watson Institute's McKinney Conference Room. Presenters will include Tatiana Andia Rey ("The Invisible Threat: The Political Economy of the Rise of Non-Intellectual Property and Non-Trade Pharmaceutical Regulations in Colombia") and Jorge Alves ("Health Under Federalism: Subnational Elite Electoral Incenties and the Building of State-Level Healthcare Institutions in Brazil"), with discussant Diana Graizbord from the sociology department.
