James McGuire -- Wealth, Health, and Democracy in East Asia and Latin America

James McGuire, a professor in the Department of Government and a member of the Latin American Studies and East Asian Studies programs at Wesleyan University, will discuss "Wealth, Health, and Democracy in the East Asia and Latin America" in the Watson Institute's McKinney Conference Room from 5:00-6:30 pm. A wine and cheese reception will follow the lecture.
