--Dr. Arai will lead a practical workshop on methods of conflict resolution and how they can be used to promote substantial and meaningful dialogue among deeply divided groups and build consensus. He will draw on material from his latest book and utilize case studies from a few select regions of the world, including perhaps Rwanda.
