“"The Price of Influence: Transnational Corruption Networks and Central Asia," with Alexander Cooley, Tow Professor of Political Science, Barnard College, Columbia University.
Professor Cooley's talk will be based on Chapter 8: Corruption and Governance: Competition and Collusion in Contracting from his new book, Great Games, Local Rules:The New Great Power Contest in Central Asia.
