John Bellinger will discuss international and national security law challenges facing the Obama Administration in its second term. Topics will include the Ukraine, drones, Guantanamo, and international treaties. Mr. Bellinger served as Legal Adviser to the National Security Council in the White House from 2001-2005 and as Legal Adviser for the Department of State from 2005-2009, under National Security Adviser and then Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
