Chipping Away: Finding Innovative Ways to Support Israeli-Palestinian Peace

Wednesday, April 15, 2015

6 p.m.

Salomon 202

Chipping Away co-founders Daniel Levine-Spound and Gabe Neustadt, recent Brown and Harvard graduates, will be speaking about their organization's efforts to showcase positive-sum activists who are working productively toward a peaceable resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In particular, their presentation will focus on SAYA, which is "an architectural, planning and design practice in a constant search for new and inspiring solutions to old problems," and Palestine Works, which seeks to lay the groundwork for Palestinian statehood by providing young Palestinians with "access to high-impact knowledge transfer opportunities, including internships, conferences, publications and networking."
