Hack for Humanity is a humanitarian focused hackathon at Brown University that brings together students from across Rhode Island to learn about the most pressing needs in the humanitarian sphere and develop creative ideas for innovative programs or technologies that could help improve the lives of disaster and conflict affected communities around the world.

The focus of this year's Hack for Humanity is Refugee and Migrant Health. We invite teams of students to generate innovative ideas to address this topic focusing on one of the three contexts detailed below. Registration is now open!

Featuring Keynote Speaker: Sofia Kouvelaki ('06). Sofia is Chief Executive Officer of The Home Project.
