Histories of Consequence: Artist Talk and Opening Reception

Sandra Mayo is an Argentinian artist and educator who lives in Lexington, Massachusetts. Enabled by her training in education (Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Boston University) while utilizing printmaking and mixed-media work as her main language, her art aims to provoke profound feelings and intellectual bonds between the viewers and historical and current sociopolitical events. Her work has been shown throughout New England. It has also appeared in various publications and been acquired by private and corporate collections in Argentina, France, Germany, Israel, and the US.

A reception will follow the artist's talk. This event is free and open to the public.
