Sameer Lalwani is Senior Fellow and Director of the South Asia Program at the Stimson Center, and affiliate at the Center for International Relations at MIT. He previously served as a Stanton Nuclear Security Postdoctoral Fellow at the RAND Corporation. Sameer earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at MIT, and he holds a bachelor's degree in political science from University of California, Berkeley.
