For five decades or more, Europe has been viewed as a pillar of stability and prosperity in the international order. In the last decade, however, the realities of populist politics and economic stagnation have thrown this prevailing view into question. By bringing together a range of speakers, this series will examine the institutional challenges, party organizations, and social movements that are animating new dimensions of change across the Continent.
