If schools are our models of society, then education is the best form of protest and the most just way to create future realities. Join us this Monday as we begin to imagine the future of collaborative education in Israel, Palestine, and beyond. We will draw upon Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, online learning, and bilingual education as we explore ways to develop pedagogies that prepare stakeholders for the opportunities and challenges of the coming decades. We will consider the design of schools as institutions, spaces, curricula, and as sites of community participation. We will begin this conversation by asking how schools might be better designed to create conditions where we can teach each other to play and win positive sum games.
