Jim Lucht is a Business Intelligence and Geographic Information Systems consultant. In a different life he was deputy director of analytics at the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services where he was responsible for database and business intelligence infrastructure for Rhode Island's All Payer Claims Database and integrated Analytic Ecosystem. Prior to that he was information group director at the nonprofit information intermediary organization Providence Plan where he helped build community data systems.
