Megha Datta

MPA Student

Megha Datta recently earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from University of California, San Diego. As a research assistant, Megha worked alongside a doctoral candidate to explore how police brutality and violent extremism policy outcomes impact racial minority groups.  She also proposed increasingly equitable law enforcement practices to the County of San Diego. Megha hopes to continue working on topical issues surrounding international migrant law and homeland security policy. She is proficient in Hindi and is currently learning Mandarin and Korean. Megha is from Hong Kong.
