Biography

Rachel Montoya is pursuing both a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Public Affairs degree (MD/MPA) at Brown University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in science and society from Brown University and received a master’s degree in international public policy from University College London. With interests in human rights, global health, and health policy, she aspires to pursue a career at the intersection of both clinical practice and international health policy. Rachel is from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
