Raphael Levin

Raphael Levin recently earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies from Leiden University in the Netherlands. During his senior year, Raphael simultaneously worked at the Parmenides Foundation’s Solon Center for Policy Innovation in Munich, Germany. Raphael speaks German, English and Spanish and beginning Dutch. Raphael was born in Guatemala and grew up in Germany.
