Thasfia Chowdhury most recently worked in New York City as a model and for the Institute of International Education as a researcher discovering gaps in the U.S Department of State-funded international education programs. Upon completing her degree, Thasfia aspires to work internationally in South Asia and the Middle East creating policies of diplomacy and peace. Thasfia is originally from Bangladesh and grew up in Queens. She received her bachelor's degree in political science from the State University of New York, Geneseo.
