Blogging on the (Disappointing) US Showing at the Shanghai Expo

Brown alum Paul Wozniak '09 recently blogged on the Global Conversation from China, where he had just spent the weekend at Expo 2010 Shanghai.

"Ni hao, I'm Kobe Bryant" may have been one of the high points in a lackluster US showing, he wrote, in an essay titled "What a 21st Century Expo Means for China and the World."

The Global Conversation blog site is a precursor to a new multimedia website being launched this summer by the Watson Institute. The Global Conversation is intended as a website for Brown students, faculty, and alums to post videos, photos, podcasts, and blogs about their research and activism on the issues that shape our world.
