The Watson Institute is pleased to announce expanded support for Brown students and faculty pursuing policy-relevant research in international studies. Undergraduate and graduate students and faculty at the University are invited to apply for a range of funding opportunities for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Faculty who have been approved for sabbatical and are pursuing policy-relevant research in international studies are eligible to spend a semester in residence at the Institute. Click here for more details and application information.

The Watson Institute will also offer grants for interdisciplinary workshops on topics related to global security, political economy and development, or their intersection. Click for more information and proposal requirements.

In its continuing efforts to invite students further into the life of the Institute, Watson announces several new initiatives: the Watson Graduate Fellows Program, the Watson Undergraduate Fellows Program, and Watson International Senior Thesis Travel Grants.
