Watson, Brown, Naval War College Sign MOA.

Brown University, on behalf of the Watson Institute, and the U.S. Naval War College signed an agreement today to promote collaborative research and teaching between the two institutions that will address challenges to international security. Brown University President Christina H. Paxson and Rear Admiral Walter E. “Ted” Carter Jr., president of the Naval War College, signed the agreement. Richard Locke, director of the Watson Institute, and Ambassador Mary Ann Peters, provost of the Naval War College, negotiated the arrangement for enhanced institutional collaboration and also signed the milestone initiative.
