Rhode Island infrastructure bank makes state greener

Timmons Roberts, professor of environmental studies and sociology, wrote an op-ed applauding Governor Gina Raimondo and General Treasurer Seth Magaziner's proposed Infrastructure Bank, saying the "bank is simply a great plan, filled with common-sense approaches, and begins to allow us to scale up our existing state programs to build a more resilient economy and society.
