Some 58 Palestinians were killed and some 2,700 hurt by Israeli soldiers during riots that erupted in Gaza following the announcement that the U.S. embassy would be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Professor Nina Tannenwald accused President Trump of "working to inflame the Palestinians," labeling him "an arsonist" and saying that "moving the embassy is a way of setting fire to the Middle East."
