Will Rhode Islanders Vote for an Ethical State Legislature?

Ross Cheit, Professor of International and Public Affairs and Political Science, discussed the upcoming vote to have Rhode Island's legislature supervised by the state's Ethics Commission. Voters, Cheit predicted, will vote in favor of Question 2 saying, “I think that what we’ll see is that voters have always thought that legislatures should be subject to a code of ethics.”
