Political scientist Prerna Singh is co-author of “The Ties That Bind: National Identity Salience and Pro-Social Behavior Toward the Ethnic Other,” which is the lead article in the most recent issue of the prestigious journal Comparative Political Studies. Another article by Singh, titled “Ethnicity, State Capacity, and Development: Reconsidering Causal Connections,” appears in The Politics of Inclusive Development: Interrogating the Evidence, edited by Sam Hickey, Kunal Sen, and Badru Bukenya and published by Oxford University Press in December 2014.
