Join us for a conversation between Parth Jindal '12 and Ashutosh Varhsney that will explore Indian economic growth, business and entrepreneurial opportunities, building an athletic franchise and pipeline for competition at the highest level of sport. Parth will also be promoting a range of internship opportunities for Brown students at JSW Group in the sports, philanthropic, and steel arms of the organization, which are now live on Brown's Center for Career Exploration website. Parth Jindal graduated from Brown with a double concentration in Economics and Political Science and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Brown, Parth played on the Men’s Varsity Squash Team.
Parth Jindal is the Managing Director of JSW Cement, Managing Director of JSW Paints (launched in May 2019) and serves as a Director of JSW Energy, Director of JSW Ventures and Director of JSW USA. Within JSW Group, Parth leads Human Resources, Information Technology, Sustainability and Digital functions.
Parth is the founder of JSW Sports, owner and manager of Bengaluru FC, Pro-Kabaddi League team Haryana Steelers and he is Chairman and Co-Owner of the IPL cricket team the Delhi Capitals. Parth also founded the Inspire Institute of Sport, a project to elevate India’s Olympic athletes.
Parth is the youngest Business Leader on the ‘2019 Economic Times 40 under Forty’ list, ‘GQ’s 50 Most Influential Young Indians for 2018’ and a 2018 Youth Icon for his contribution to the Nation.
