Food, Fish, and Sustainability

This day-long conference brought together a multi-disciplinary group of scholars who study fisheries, food, and/or sustainability, interested in the connections — and the disconnects — between the worlds of fisheries management, food policy, and various conceptions of sustainability. The conference included researchers from institutions including Brown University, Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Lewis & Clark College, Montclair State University, NOAA, Small Planet Institute, Union of Concerned Scientists, University of Illinois, University of Maine, University of Massachusetts-Boston, University of New Hampshire, and Wellesley College.
