Remington Pontes recently graduated from Brandeis University with bachelor's degree (cum laude) in anthropology and sociology with a minor in studio art. His coursework centered on foreign policy, development, and the arts, all of which have served to develop his interest in continued study in public affairs. As an intern at Massachusetts Peace Action, Remington participated in activities that sought to reduce inequality by educating the general public on international conflicts, nuclear disarmament, and peaceful resolutions to issues of cultural and racial disparity. Remington is originally from Arlington, Massachusetts and is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
