When Courts Plan: The Greening of New Delhi's Auto Rickshaws
Atul Pokharel, Brown University

Atul holds a PhD in Urban Studies and Planning from MIT, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Princeton University. Between the two degrees, he also learned how to design and conduct project evaluations in India and Nepal at a large multinational donor organization. He enjoys teaching almost as much as research and while a student at MIT, he taught six graduate courses and was nominated by his department for the University-wide teaching award.
