Tiana Yang recently graduated from University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is passionate about mental health issues, especially in youth and family populations. Tiana previously worked in a center for autistic children in Beijing. There she found that Beijing’s mental health systems need further development to properly serve patients and that social workers currently working within the system need better support. Tiana aspires to design and implement policies for developing countries to provide better mental health assessment and treatment. Tiana is from Beijing, China. She is proficient in Chinese.
