Alexandra Mork
Alexandra Mork (she/her) is from Henderson, Nevada and Los Angeles, California. She is a senior studying Political Science and History currently writing a thesis on anti-miscegenation laws. Motivated by her interests in education, democracy reform, and criminal justice issues, she has interned for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, the Center for American Progress, Public Citizen, the Fines and Fees Justice Center of Nevada, the Rhode Island Center for Justice, Organize New Hampshire, and Loyola’s Project for the Innocent. She is also a tutor for system-impacted students in Rhode Island and a coach for debate students in California. Previously, she served as Editor in Chief of the Brown Political Review. Alexandra is very excited to be joining the Stone Initiative this year in order to conduct research on right-to-counsel laws in eviction proceedings.
