Meg Talikoff
Meg Talikoff (she/her) is a senior concentrating in Psychology whose Stone project will examine
the growing trend of undergraduate student labor unionization. She plans to analyze the
conditions in which undergraduate labor unions arise, paying special attention to the role played
by university and student wealth. Brown students have been leaders in the push for
undergraduate unionization, so Meg will use Brown’s labor organizing movement a case study in
the larger trend. Through interviews and archival research, she will produce a narrative, feature-
length article intended for publication in a newspaper or magazine. After graduation, Meg hopes
to pursue a career in journalism, ideally with a focus on science communication.
