Hosted by Brown University’s Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies and the U.S. Naval War College’s Humanitarian Response Program. Now in its 4th year, the Civilian-Military Humanitarian Response Workshop is designed to bring together humanitarian practitioners, academics, and military leaders to explore current and future challenges in civilian-military humanitarian responses, including natural disasters, complex emergencies, and routine humanitarian engagements. This year's virtual workshop will have a special focus on Humanitarian Access, Protection of Civilians, and Aid Worker Security.
This workshop has been made possible through the generous support from the Naval War College Foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York, and the R. Dudley Harrington, Jr. Charitable Foundation.
